Fusion 360 Batch Export Tool

The Fusion 360 Batch Export Tool eliminates the repetitive work of exporting multiple designs into multiple file formats. It automatically creates an organized folder structure, processes each part, and places every exported file in the correct location. A batch of four parts requiring five file types would normally mean 20 individual exports, repeated naming, and manual folder setup. This tool completes the entire workflow in approximately 30 seconds—turning a tedious multistep process into one streamlined batch operation. Built by Kaisyn Labs and available free to the Fusion 360 community.

Frak's Flex Arm

A 3D-printed articulated tool arm built for the kAIsyn Labs electronics bench. The modular design provides adjustable positioning for tools and accessories while staying rigid enough to hold them exactly where they’re needed. Built from Frak’s original open-source Flex Arm design, with printed components, readily available hardware, and room for custom kAIsyn Labs attachments as the system evolves.

DIN Rail Stand
A simple, modular DIN rail stand designed for bench testing industrial automation and control hardware without permanently mounting a DIN rail to your workbench. I designed this for prototyping and testing PLCs, Arduino Opta controllers, relays, terminal blocks, power supplies, and other DIN rail-mounted components in the lab. The stand uses a standard DIN rail as the crossmember, so you can cut the rail to whatever length works for your setup. The two printed side supports hold the rail upright and provide a stable, portable platform that can be moved around the bench as needed. Why I made it When I'm developing or troubleshooting automation systems, I frequently need to temporarily mount DIN rail hardware. Laying everything loose on the bench works—but it's messy, harder to wire, and doesn't represent how the hardware will actually be installed. This gives me a small, reusable test rack that I can configure for each project and tear down when I'm finished.
