Fractional Engagement · Kaisyn Labs

Buy back
your time.
Keep the result.

Every hour you spend firefighting a broken process is an hour you're not spending on the work you actually built this for. You don't need to hire a full-time ops lead. You need someone who has already solved this.

Kaisyn Labs embeds directly into your operation. We find the friction, build the fix, train your team, and hand it off running. Then we move to the next one.

// The Real Cost

Every broken process
has a price tag.
You're already paying it.

It's not just the hours lost to rework, the jobs quoted wrong, or the materials that go missing. It's the mental overhead. The constant context-switching. The Friday afternoon spent fixing something that should have been solved in January.

Most operators know exactly what's broken. They just don't have the bandwidth to fix it while running the operation. That's the gap Kaisyn fills.

Hours/week
Lost to manual processes that should be automated
Margin erosion
From pricing inconsistency and unretracked costs
Key-person risk
When critical knowledge lives in one person's head
Opportunity cost
Every hour firefighting is an hour not building
Growth ceiling
You can't scale what you can't repeat
// How It Works

The Full Loop.

01
Find the Friction
We start with a full workflow audit. Every process that costs time, money, or energy gets mapped. No assumptions — we look at what's actually happening, not what the org chart says should happen.
02
Design the Fix
Digital system, automation, documented SOP, custom software, or all of the above. We design for your environment, your team, and your actual constraints — not a generic template.
03
Build and Test
Everything runs through the lab before it touches your operation. Software is tested. Automations are validated. Documentation is written. What we hand you has already been running.
04
Your Team Owns It
We train the people who will use it. We stay until they can run it independently. The goal is capability transfer, not dependency. If your team can't own it, the work isn't done.

// Common Questions

Before you reach out.

What kind of businesses do you work with?
Fabrication shops, job shops, manufacturing operations, service businesses, hospitality — any operation with real workflow friction and a team that needs to own the result. The work is industry-agnostic. The approach is always the same: find the friction, build the fix, hand it off running.
What does 'fractional' mean here?
You get the output of a senior systems architect and operator without the full-time hire. No benefits package. No onboarding timeline. No ramp period. You get someone who has already solved these problems walking in ready to work.
How fast do things actually move?
Most Foundation engagements have a live system within 30 days. Momentum engagements typically have multiple systems running within 60-90 days. Transformation timelines depend on scope but the first working deliverable is almost always within 30 days of kickoff.
What tools do you build with?
Whatever is right for your operation. The approach is tool-agnostic. If you have an existing stack, we work within it or extend it. If you're starting from scratch, we recommend what fits the work rather than what we prefer.
What happens at the end of the engagement?
You own everything. Documentation, source code, credentials, the whole system. The goal is capability transfer, not dependency. Your team should be able to run, maintain, and extend every system we build — that's how we know the work actually stuck.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Foundation engagements start at 3 months. Momentum and Transformation are minimum 6 months. Transformation often runs longer by design because the scope is genuinely large — but every milestone is defined upfront so you always know where you stand.
